Growing up in Las Vegas I eventually found myself working at one of the top dayclubs on the strip serving overpriced bottles to people with too much money. And I loved it. However, after some time, I developed some not-so-great habits. This particular job is 99% based on looks so you have a standard to maintain from the beginning. Not to mention all the doubles, triples, quadruples, day shifts in 115 degrees followed by night shifts, no sleep, day-drinking, night-drinking, more Red Bulls than you can imagine, and not enough time in the day to eat an actual meal. I really racked up a solid list of habits, huh? I felt like I was constantly telling myself to do better, but I didn’t know where to begin.
